Reservation: the reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 30 % of the total amount to be sent by bank transfer or in other ways that you can agree with the owners.
Payment: Full payment is required at check – in by cash, we do not accept checks, cash or credit cards. The city tax will be paid to the owner who will pay it to the City of Rome as required by law.

Security deposit: on arrival is required a deposit of € 200 to be refunded in full at the check-out, except that there are damages or missing.

Check-in: the apartment will be given from 2 pm to 7 pm. It’s expected an extra fee of € 30 for arrivals after 10 pm , unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Check-out: no later than 10 am.

Cancellation / Cancellations: the cancellation of the reservation will be accepted up to 30 days prior to check-in. Otherwise the deposit will be retained as reimbursement.

Prices include: exclusive use of the entire apartment, the consumption of gas and electricity, bed linen and towels (change of towels every 4 days), air conditioning in all rooms (in the summer months from June to September. In other months on request), wi – fi, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer.

Does not include tourist tax: 3,50 € per night per person (ex Regulation no. 44 of 24.07.2014 of the City of Rome). The fee is payable for up to 10 days and is not due for children up to 10 years of age.

Final cleaning is not included (€ 30)
