Our guest house is located on the first floor (no elevator) of an ancient building of 1885, in the center of Rome, a few minutes from the main monuments and tourist attractions and is just 30 minutes from all airports by train or bus at a low cost (from 4 to 15 euro).
A few steps from the guest house you can find the Termini Station served by all subway lines, buses, taxis and trains; also in the area you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, parking lots, shops, pharmacies and hospitals.

The apartment was completely refurbished in December 2014 and consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and is equipped with all comforts.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a friendly smile, we will deliver you the keys of the apartment and we will provide useful information to make your stay enjoyable; we will give you also the maps of the city and some advice on suggestive sites and delicious restaurants.
